Orders definition

Orders means judgments, writs, decrees, compliance agreements, injunctions or orders of any Governmental Entity or arbitrator.
Orders means the Decision and Order and this Order to Maintain Assets.
Orders has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2 of this Agreement.

Examples of Orders in a sentence

  • The County will not accept a bid nor enter any contract or subcontract without proof of the Contractor or Subcontractor’s current registration to perform public works pursuant to Section 1725.5. Any JOC Task Orders issued under this Contract may be subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations.

Orders means any trading transactions executed on the Company’s trading platform(s) by the Client.
