Order Form Date definition

Order Form Date means the date identified on the applicable Order Form as the Order Form Date.

  • Except as otherwise provided in the applicable Order Form, the Delivery Date shall not be later than thirty (30) days after the Order Form Date.

  • Licensee will pay Infor all license fees (as specified on an Order Form) within fifteen (15) days of the Order Form Date and all invoices within fifteen (15) days of the date of invoice.

  • Nuix may discontinue offering the Software at the conclusion of the Initial Term or thirty-six (36) months after the Order Form Date, whichever is earlier.

  • If License has purchased training services, Licensee must utilize training services within twelve (12) months of the Order Form Date or those services will expire, and Licensee will not be entitled to a refund of the fees for such training services.

  • Infor warrants that the Subscription Software will operate without a Documented Defect for a period of twelve (12) months from the Order Form Date defined in the applicable Order Form.

  • Unless otherwise set forth in an applicable Order Form, or unless this Agreement is terminated pursuant to this Section 8, or Licensee provides Nuix with written notice at least ninety (90) days prior to expiration of the current Term for the applicable Order Form, then upon expiration of the Initial Term and each anniversary of the Order Form Date, such Order Form will renew automatically for a subsequent twelve (12)-month Renewal Term at a rate specified by Nuix.

Related to Order Form Date

  • Order Form Effective Date means the date on which an Order Form comes into effect as indicated in that Order Form.

  • Order Form means an ordering document specifying the Services to be provided hereunder that is entered into between You and Us or any of Our Affiliates, including any addenda and supplements thereto. By entering into an Order Form hereunder, an Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement as if it were an original party hereto.

  • Order Form(s) means a request for Service describing the type and quantity of Services required by Customer and submitted and accepted by the Parties in accordance with Section 2(A) (Ordering Services). The Order Form may be presented and executed via the Administrative Portal.

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • Template Order Form means the template form in Annex 1 to Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms);

  • Stop Work Order is defined in Appendix B. “Term” comprises the Initial Term and any Option Terms.

  • Contract Effective Date means the date agreed upon by the parties for beginning the period of performance under the contract. In no case shall the effective date precede the date on which the contracting officer or designated higher approval authority signs the document.

  • Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.

  • Launch Date has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(b) of this Agreement.

  • Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • The Purchase Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The purchase order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;

  • Service Terms means the rights and restrictions for particular Services located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/serviceterms (and any successor or related locations designated by us), as may be updated by us from time to time.

  • Service Schedules has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Purchase Order Number means the Customer’s unique number relating to the supply of the Services;

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).
