The Parties each assign to the PSERN Operator the responsibility of owning, operating, maintaining, managing and ongoing upgrading/replacing of the PSERN System during the Operations Period as permitted by the Interlocal Cooperation Act.

More Definitions of Operations Period

Operations Period means the period commencing from COD and ending at the expiry of the Concession /Termination.
