Open Market Units definition

Open Market Units means the Dwellings forming part of the Development (and assuming no restriction on use as Affordable Housing) on the Site that are not Affordable Housing Units and “Open Market Unit” is to be construed accordingly
Open Market Units means the Open Market Housing to be provided as part of the Development in accordance with the application and/or any subsequent reserved matters approval.
Open Market Units means the units on the Site that are not Affordable Housing Units

  • The design and specification of the AH should be of equivalent quality to those used in the Open Market Units.

More Definitions of Open Market Units

Open Market Units means Common Units repurchased by the Company pursuant to an Open Market Repurchase.
