The Contractor shall be present at each site inspection by an inspector or registered code agency as applicable under the Ontario Building Code.
GC 10.1.3, the Contractor shall notify the Chief Building Official or the registered code agency where applicable, of the readiness, substantial completion, and completion of the stages of construction set out in the Ontario Building Code.
