Ohio Revised Code. (“ORC”) means all statutes of a permanent and general nature of the State of Ohio as revised and consolidated into general provisions, titles, chapters, and sections. Any terms that are defined terms in the ORC at §§1751, 3963, and 5111.17 and are used herein are to be understood to be used in a manner consistent with the ORC.
