Official Acts definition

Official Acts means all substantive actions taken by the Commission, excluding matters which are procedural in nature.
Official Acts means all substantive actions taken by the Board, excluding matters that are procedural in nature.
Official Acts means acts taken in the course of a member of the Board of Commissioners capacity as an elected member of the Board of Commissioners of Spalding County. Any act taken in performance of the duties of such a commissioner shall be deemed an official act.
