Officer of the University definition

Officer of the University means each of the Principal, the Vice-Principal and the Secretary;
Officer of the University means any one of the Chair, Vice Chair, President and Vice Chancellor, Provost and Vice President Academic, Vice President Administration and Operations, Secretary of the Board, and such other person or persons as shall be appointed by the Board pursuant to Section 14.4.

More Definitions of Officer of the University

Officer of the University means the President & Vice-Chancellor, the Vice- President(s), and such other officers as may be designated from time to time by the Board. Voting privileges apply only to the President & Vice-Chancellor. The Vice- Presidents and other such officers do not have voting privileges.
