  • Expiration or Termination of This Lease: Upon the expiration or termination of this Lease, Lessee shall surrender the Hangar to the County in substantially the same condition as the Hangar was in at the beginning of this Lease and in good and clean condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted.

  • Tenant means a person entitled under a rental agreement to occupy a dwelling unit to the exclusion of others.
