OBM System definition

OBM System has the meaning given to that term in the Specification.
OBM System means an On-Board Mass System which has been type-approved by TCA as meeting the Category B and/or C requirements of the On-Board Mass System Functional and Technical Specification. A Category B or C OBM System is referred to as a Smart OBM System.
OBM System means an On-Board Mass System as defined in the On-Board Mass System Functional and Technical Specification.

  • To the extent that there is any conflict or inconsistency between the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and the Specification, the documents will rank in the order in which they are listed below: the terms and conditions of this Agreement; and the Specification (except where such conflict or inconsistency relates to functional or technical aspects of the OBM System, where in such circumstances the Specification will rank ahead of the terms and conditions of this Agreement).

  • A Category B and C OBM System is referred to as a Smart OBM System.

  • For given the the circumstances of the original position, the symmetry of everyone’s relations to each other, this initial situation is fair between individuals as moral persons, that is, as rational beings with their own ends and capable, I shall assume, of a sense of justice.

  • The Supplier submitted an On-Board Mass (OBM) System for Type-Approval to TCA.

  • If notice is given by either TCA or the Supplier to the other of the termination of this Agreement, then TCA may give notice to all Customers of the termination and forthcoming cancellation of the Type-Approval of the OBM System.

  • Alarm system means equipment and devices assembled for the purpose of:

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • MERS(R) System The system of recording transfers of Mortgages electronically maintained by MERS.

  • Open video system means an open video system authorized pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 573 and, for

  • PV System means a residentially hosted roof-top solar electric generating system, including photovoltaic panels, racks, wiring and other electrical devices, conduits, weatherproof housings, hardware, one or more inverters, remote monitoring systems, connectors, meters, disconnects and over current devices.

  • Single tomogram system means a CT x-ray system which obtains x-ray transmission data during a scan to produce a single tomogram.

  • Net metering system means a facility for the production of electrical energy that does all of the following:

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Billing System means a system to issue Invoices relating to charges payable by each party under an Access Agreement;
