Obligors’ Agent definition

Obligors’ Agent means the Company, appointed to act on behalf of each Obligor in relation to the Finance Documents pursuant to Clause 2.4 (Obligors’ Agent).
Obligors’ Agent means the Parent, appointed to act on behalf of each Obligor in relation to the Finance Documents pursuant to Clause 2.4 (Obligors’ Agent).

  • The Borrower (or the Obligors’ Agent on its behalf) may, by written notice to the Interim Facility Agent, at any time cancel any undrawn amount of the Interim Facility.

  • The Interim Facility Agent shall, as soon as reasonably practicable after it has executed a Transfer Certificate or an Assignment Agreement, send a copy of that Transfer Certificate or Assignment Agreement to the Obligors’ Agent.
