NSW Health definition

NSW Health means public health organisations, the NSW Ministry of Health, the Ambulance Service of NSW, and all other organisations under the control and direction of the Minister for Health or the Secretary of Health;
NSW Health refers to any body or organisation under the control and direction of the Minister or the Health Secretary including, for the avoidance of doubt, HAC and WSLHD.
NSW Health means public health organisations, the Public Health System Support Division, the Ambulance Service of New South Wales and the Department of Health.
