Notional Amount definition

Notional Amount. With respect to any Class or Subclass of Interest Only Certificates, an amount used as the principal basis for the calculation of any interest payment amount, as more specifically defined in the Series Supplement.
Notional Amount. With respect to any Notional Certificate and any Distribution Date, such Certificate’s Percentage Interest of the Class Notional Amount of such Class of Certificates for such Distribution Date.
Notional Amount. With respect to the Class CE Certificates and any Distribution Date, the Uncertificated Balance of the REMIC II Regular Interests (other than the Uncertificated Balance of REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTP) for such Distribution Date.

  • On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the Preliminary Principal Loss Amount, the Preliminary Tranche Write-down Amount, the Preliminary Tranche Write-up Amount, and the Preliminary Class Notional Amount will be computed prior to allocating the Modification Loss Amount, as set forth below.
