Notices or other communications given in accordance with this Section 11 shall be deemed effective on the date delivered or fax confirmed in the case of Sections 11(a) and (b) above; or upon actual receipt in the case of Sections 11(c) and (d).

Notices or other communications required to be given by a Party pursuant to this Deed shall be written in English and Chinese and delivered in person or sent in letter form or by facsimile to the address of the other Parties set forth below or to such other address as may from time to time be designated by the other Parties through notification to such Party.

More Definitions of Notices or other

Notices or other communications given or required to be given under this Lease shall be effective only if rendered or given in writing, sent by certified mail with a return receipt requested or delivered personally by a nationally recognized overnight courier service: (a) to Tenant (i) at Tenant's address set forth in Article 1 hereof, or (ii) at any place where Tenant or any agent, officer or employee of Tenant may be found if sent subsequent to Tenant's vacating, deserting, abandoning or surrendering the Premises; or (b) to Landlord at Landlord's address set forth in Article 1; or (c) to such other address as either Landlord or Tenant may designate as its new address for such purpose by notice given to the other in accordance with the provisions of this Article 24. Tenant may be required to give notice to Landlord's mortgagee pursuant to Section 20.1 herein. Any such notice or other communication shall be deemed to have been rendered or given two (2) days after the date when it shall have been mailed if sent by certified mail, or upon the date personal delivery is made.

  • Notice of Continuation or Conversion has the meaning provided in Section 2.10(b).
