Notice to Owner definition

Notice to Owner means written notice from the Authority to Facility Owner for the Relocation of Facilities, demanding Facility Owner to remove, protect, alter, replace, reconstruct, support, or any other rearrangement or modification, the specifically identified Facilities to accommodate a particular segment of the proposed HSR Project.

Notice to Owner means written notice from the Authority to Facility Owner informing the Facility Owner that Relocation of Facilities is necessary. Such written notice shall specifically identify the Facilities subject to Relocation, the reason for Relocation, the Party(ies) that will be performing the Facility Work or Relocation, and what, if any, actions are requested of the Facility Owner.
