Notes Documentation definition

Notes Documentation means the Notes, this Indenture and the Security Documents.

Notes Documentation means this Indenture, any Securities issued pursuant thereto and the Guarantees thereof, and Security Documents, those other ancillary agreements as to which the Collateral Agent, the Trustee, or any Holders of the Securities, in each case, in its capacity as such, is a party or a beneficiary and all other agreements, instruments, documents and certificates, now or hereafter executed by or on behalf of the Issuer or any Guarantor or any of its respective Subsidiaries or Affiliates, and delivered to the Collateral Agent, in connection with any of the foregoing, in each case as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Notes Documentation means the 2011 Notes Documentation, the Additional Pari Passu Note Obligations Documentation and any other instruments, agreements or other documents evidencing or governing any other Trademark Secured Debt or providing for any other right in respect thereof.

Examples of Notes Documentation in a sentence

• The Obligations are “Designated Senior Debt,” “Senior Debt,” “Senior Indebtedness,” “Guarantor Senior Debt” or “Senior Secured Financing” (or any comparable term) under, and as defined in, any Permitted Subordinated Notes Documentation.

• The First Lien Notes and all obligations under the indenture related thereto will be unconditionally guaranteed by each existing and subsequently acquired or organized wholly owned domestic subsidiary of the Issuer (the “Note Guarantors”), subject to exceptions consistent with the Propco First Lien Notes Documentation Principles and others, if any, to be agreed upon, on a senior first-priority secured basis (the “Note Guarantees”).

• All the above-described pledges, security interests and mortgages shall be created on terms, and pursuant to documentation, consistent with the Propco First Lien Notes Documentation Principles.

• Regulatory Matters: Consistent with the Propco First Lien Notes Documentation Principles.

More Definitions of Notes Documentation

Notes Documentation means the documentation pertaining to each Series of Notes and setting out the terms and conditions thereof and any documents related therewith;

Notes Documentation means the Senior Secured Notes Documentation, the New Senior Notes Documentation and the Existing Notes Documentation.

Notes Documentation means the Notes, the Indenture, the Note Guarantee, the Notes Collateral Documents and the Intercreditor Agreement.
