Coverage ends for all group benefits (with the exception of the Income Replacement Plan and Spousal Optional Life/Optional AD&D which ended post Normal Retirement Date).
If Customer requests an expedited installation at a Customer Site or requires installation at a Customer Site outside Verizon’s Normal Working Hours in the applicable country, such installation shall be subject to a site survey and then will be performed on an expedited basis, if practicable, pursuant to Customer’s request.
