Nonstandard sign definition

Nonstandard sign means a sign or sign structure other than a nonconforming sign, that is subject to this act, was legally erected before March 23, 1999, is not a nonconforming sign, and does not comply with the spacing requirements in section 17(1), but otherwise complies with this act.
