Nonconsensual Sexual Contact definition

Nonconsensual Sexual Contact means any physical contact with another person of a sexual nature without that person’s Consent. The touching of a person’s intimate parts (such as genitalia, groin, breast, buttocks, mouth, or clothing covering same); touching a person with one’s own intimate parts; or forcing a person to touch another’s intimate parts would be violations of this policy if they occur without Consent. Nonconsensual Sexual Contact is a form of Sexual Misconduct.
Nonconsensual Sexual Contact means sexual contact, however slight, performed upon another person that occurs without that person’s consent. “Sexual Contact” means intentional physical contact with another person’s breasts, buttocks, groin, or genitals, whether clothed or unclothed; intentional contact with another person using one’s breasts, buttocks, groin, or genitals, whether clothed or unclothed; causing another person to physically contact oneself with or on the other person’s breasts, buttocks, groin, or genitals, whether clothed or un- clothed; or any other type of intentional physical contact done in a sexual manner or for the purpose of sexual arousal or gratification, based on the perspective of a reasonable person.
