Non-residential definition

Non-residential means lands, Buildings or portions thereof used, or designed or intended for other than Residential use, including the non- residential portion of a Live-Work Unit;
Non-residential means all property other than those defined as residential.
Non-residential means the development of any property for any use other than residential use, except as may be exempted by this chapter.

  • Tuition and Residential or Non-Residential fees that are not received in full when due by the end of the first (1st) day of each quarter will result in a $100.00 late payment fee being assessed to your account each quarter until paid in full.

Non-residential means used or designed or intended to be used other than for residential purposes;
Non-residential means a commercial or mixed-use building where the primary use is commercial or non- habitational.
