Non-business days definition

Non-business days for the purposes of this Act means-
Non-business days means Saturday, Sunday and any other day that is a holiday as defined in the Interpretation Act (Canada);
Non-business days for the purposes of this Act means Sundays and public holidays. Any other day is a business day.

Examples of Non-business days in a sentence

  • For the purposes of any payments made in respect of this permanent Global Note, the words “in the relevant place of presentation” shall not apply in the definition of “business day” in Condition 7(h) (Non-Business Days).

  • For the purposes of any payments made in respect of this temporary Global Note, the words “in the relevant place of presentation” shall not apply in the definition of “business day” in Condition 7(h) (Non-Business Days).

  • For the purposes of any payments made in respect of this permanent Global Note, the words “in the relevant place of presentation” shall not apply in the definition of “business day” in Condition 8(g) (Non-Business Days).

  • For the purposes of any payments made in respect of this temporary Global Note, the words “in the relevant place of presentation” shall not apply in the definition of “business day” in Condition 8(g) (Non-Business Days).

  • For the purposes of any payments made in respect of this Permanent Global Note, the words “in the relevant place of presentation” shall not apply in the definition of “business day” in Condition 7(h) (Payments and Talons - Non-Business Days).


More Definitions of Non-business days

Non-business days means all Days other than Business Days. “O&M Cost” shall be $2.25/MWh.
