If the policy has not been assigned, the Benefit amount will be paid to either You or Your executors, administrators, Nominees or any other Proper claimant if We have proof of the relationship of the person claiming the Benefit.
If You or Your executors, administrators, Nominees or any other Proper claimant obtains any sum payable under this policy through fraudulent means or devices, all Benefits paid under this policy shall be forfeited and must be immediately repaid.
