Nominees definition

Nominees means the person(s) named by you and registered with us in accordance with the Nomination Schedule, who is authorised to receive the Death Benefit under this Policy, on the death of the Annuitant;
Nominees means the person(s) nominated by the Policyholder (who is also the Life Assured) under this Policy who is (are) authorised to receive the claim benefit payable under this Policy and to give a valid discharge to the Corporation on settlement of the claim.
Nominees means the Persons, who are named in Annexure A, holding the Sale Shares as nominees of PFCCL.

Examples of Nominees in a sentence

  • If the policy has not been assigned, the Benefit amount will be paid to either You or Your executors, administrators, Nominees or any other Proper claimant if We have proof of the relationship of the person claiming the Benefit.

  • If You or Your executors, administrators, Nominees or any other Proper claimant obtains any sum payable under this policy through fraudulent means or devices, all Benefits paid under this policy shall be forfeited and must be immediately repaid.

More Definitions of Nominees

Nominees means the nominee and nominees that are proposed for election as Directors by the Corporation and included in a management information circular of the Corporation relating to the election of Directors at a Directors Election Meeting or any other individual that the Investor is entitled to replace as a Director or has otherwise nominated as a Director in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;
