Nominated Address definition

Nominated Address means the registered address of Customer or any other address nominated by Customer by written notice to the Supplier;
Nominated Address means the address for delivery nominated by the Customer;
Nominated Address in relation to a shareholder means an electronic mail address, fax number, physical or postal address notified by a shareholder to the company in terms of article 43 below;
