NMR Group definition

NMR Group means (i) NMR, (ii) each Business Entity which is contemplated to become a Subsidiary of the Corporation or NMR hereunder prior to the Effective Time or to remain a Subsidiary of the Corporation or NMR hereunder subsequent to the Effective Time, which shall include those identified as such on Schedule 1.1(au)(i) hereto, which Schedule shall also indicate the amount of the Corporation's or NMR's direct or indirect ownership interest therein, and (iii) the Corporation from and after the Effective Time.
