Next Generation Product definition

Next Generation Product means *** *** to ***, that (a) *** is developed by or on *** using an *** owned or controlled by *** or (ii) is acquired or in-licensed by ***and (b) ***.
Next Generation Product means a vertebral compression fracture repair system, not yet fully developed or marketed by DOT, defined in Exhibit D (the “Non-Competition, Confidentiality and Development Agreement”) to the Kyphon-DOT APA (Vertebroplasty Assets).

More Definitions of Next Generation Product

Next Generation Product means any Licensed Product that is not a NLG919 Product.
Next Generation Product means a Product to be administered utilizing the Seller Next Generation Delivery System or another Delivery System approved by the Joint Development Committee.

Next Generation Product or “NextGen Product” means LXE’s hardware Product designed by LXE in collaboration with Voxware as a replacement for the 410 Hardware Product, and all peripherals thereto, excluding Headsets.
Next Generation Product means the PSSD product validated and updated by AxoGen pursuant to this agreement representing changes made to the Existing Product by AxoGen and its suppliers.
Next Generation Product means any HA Product for use in the Field anywhere in the Territory, the specifications of which differ from the Licensed Product in such a way that it is not covered by the definition of Licensed Product. For avoidance of doubt, a mutually-agreed change in Specifications that satisfies the conditions in the immediately preceding sentence shall, for all purposes under this Agreement, be considered a Next Generation Product and not solely a change in Specifications, unless the Parties agree in writing otherwise at the time such change is made.
