New Ventures definition

New Ventures means [New Ventures Holding Company], and any and all successors thereto.
New Ventures means the collective reference to each Person (other than Subsidiaries and Unrestricted Subsidiaries) in which the Borrower or any Subsidiary makes its initial Investment after the date hereof.
New Ventures means corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, joint ventures, and similar entities that are in the business of providing logistics, distribution, or related services, but whose primary business is not the ownership of industrial properties.

  • Joint Ventures means the joint venture or partnership or other similar arrangements (other than between the Company and the Operating Partnership) in which the Company or the Operating Partnership or any of their subsidiaries is a co-venturer, limited liability company member, limited partner or general partner, which are established to acquire or hold Investments.
