New Membership Interests definition

New Membership Interests means 100% of the membership interests in SSH issued and outstanding as of the Effective Date to be distributed to the holders of Allowed Secured Term Loan Claims in accordance with the Plan.

More Definitions of New Membership Interests

New Membership Interests means the new membership interests in Reorganized Parent to be issued on the Effective Date pursuant to the New Organizational Documents of Reorganized Parent.
