Net Energy Output definition

Net Energy Output means the net electrical energy expressed in kWh that is generated by the Facility and delivered to the Delivery Point, as measured by the Metering System or the Back-Up Metering System, as the case may be, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;
Net Energy Output. – means the Net Electrical Energy delivered by the Project during a given period of time measured in kWh at the Delivery Point.
Net Energy Output bears the meaning ascribed thereto in the Power Purchase Agreement; “Non-Restoration Event” bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 11B.1(f);

Examples of Net Energy Output in a sentence

  • In the event the Metering System is not in service due to repair, testing or maintenance by Company, then the electronic record of the Net Energy Output from the Back-Up Metering System shall be used and the Company shall deliver a copy of the Back-Up Metering System record to BPDB with the relevant Monthly invoice(s).

  • Upon the occurrence of any Political Event after the Commercial Operations Date, then during the Political Event, BPDB shall pay to the Company Tariff Payments for Net Energy Output delivered during such Political Event.

  • Measurements of the Net Energy Output (active & reactive), MW, frequency, voltage etc.

  • Title to, and risk of loss for, Net Energy Output shall pass from the Company to JPS at the Interconnection Point.

More Definitions of Net Energy Output

Net Energy Output means net energy delivered by the Seller for sale to the Purchaser at the Point of Supply in accordance with the Purchaser's Dispatch as measured in accordance with Clause 8.3.
Net Energy Output bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 1 of the Power Purchase Agreement;
Net Energy Output means the energy output delivered by the Facility and accepted by GPA during a given period of time measured in kWh by the Metering System at the Delivery Point (including Excess Energy Output).

Net Energy Output means, for any hour during a Billing Cycle and with respect to the Facility, (a) if the Facility is operating, total Energy output of the Facility as measured at the Delivery Point, less Station Power Service Load, which amounts shall be calculated at the applicable Billing Meters, and provided that Net Energy Output can in no event be less than zero, or (b) if the Facility is not operating, zero. In accordance with the foregoing, if the Facility is operating, Net Energy Output is equal to the sum of the Billing Meter data for "in" flows less the sum of the Billing Meter data for "out" flows; where "in" flows are those flows having a direction designated as being from the Facility to the transmission system and "out" flows are those flows having a direction designated as being from the transmission system to the Facility. The absolute value of the data from each Billing Meter shall be used to calculate Net Energy Output.
