Neighborhood means either of the following:

More Definitions of Neighborhood

Neighborhood means and refers to a portion of the Property, if any, defined herein or in a Supplemental Declaration as a unique geographic area for which Neighborhood Assessments may be applicable.
Neighborhood means an area that is distinguishable from other areas on the basis of one or more significant fea- tures such as:
Neighborhood means a geographic area of complementary real property parcels that share similar locational and market value characteristics, and may be defined by natural, man-made, or political boundaries;
Neighborhood means and refer to each separately developed and denominated residential area comprised of one (1) or more housing types subject to this Declaration, whether or not governed by an additional owners association, in which owners may have common interests other than those common to all Association Members, such as a common theme, entry feature, development name, and/or common areas and facilities that are not available for use by all Association Members. For example, and by way of illustration and not limitation, each condominium, townhome development, cluster home development, and single- family detached housing development shall constitute a separate Neighborhood. In addition,each parcel of land intended for development as any of the above shall constitute a Neighborhood, subject to division into more than one (1) Neighborhood upon development. Where the context permits or requires, the term "Neighborhood" shall also refer to the Neighborhood Committee (established in accordance with the Bylaws) or Neighborhood Association having jurisdiction over the property within the Neighborhood. It shall not be necessary for any Neighborhood to be governed by an additional owners' association except in the case of a condominium or otherwise as required by law. Neighborhoods may be divided or combined in accordance with this Declaration.
Neighborhood means a condominium, a group of single-family homes or villas, or any other residential sub-area development within the Community, where all the Parcels and Living Units are subject to a single common recorded Neighborhood Declaration of Covenants or Declaration of Condominium.
Neighborhood means a small part of a geographic unit considered in regard to its inhabitants or distinctive characteristics. It will have unifying characteristics such as recreational, associational or social facilities or functions for residents.
