National Company Law Tribunal definition

National Company Law Tribunal means the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench that has jurisdiction over EGLL and TPL or such other forum or authority that may be vested with requisite powers under the Companies Act, 2013 in relation to the provisions of sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013
National Company Law Tribunal means the National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench and National Company Law Tribunal, Bangalore Bench, collectively.
National Company Law Tribunal or “NCLT” means the National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
