National Board Commissioned Inspector definition

National Board Commissioned Inspector means an individual who holds a valid and current National Board Commission issued by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, 1055 Crupper Avenue, Columbus, OH 43229-1183.
