Nasdaq Small Cap means the Nasdaq Small Cap Market.
Nasdaq Small Cap means The NASDAQ Small Cap Stock Market.
Nasdaq Small Cap means The NASDAQ Small Cap Stock Market. "1958 Act" means he U.S. Small Business Investment Company Act of 1958.

  • Any cessation of trading of the Common Stock on at least one of the OTC Pink, OTCQB, Nasdaq National Market, Nasdaq Small Cap Market, New York Stock Exchange, NYSE MKT, or an equivalent replacement exchange, and such cessation of trading shall continue for a period of five consecutive (5) Trading Days.

  • The Borrower shall fail to maintain the listing of the Common Stock on at least one of the OTCBB, OTCQB, OTC Pink or an equivalent replacement exchange, the Nasdaq National Market, the Nasdaq Small Cap Market, the New York Stock Exchange, or the NYSE MKT.
