Nameplate Capacity Rating definition

Nameplate Capacity Rating means the maximum capacity of the Facility as stated by the manufacturer, expressed in kW, which shall not exceed 10,000 kW.
Nameplate Capacity Rating means the full-load electrical quantities assigned by the designer to a generator and its prime mover or other piece of electrical equipment, such as transformers and circuit breakers, under standardized conditions, expressed in amperes, kilovoltamperes, kilowatts, volts, or other appropriate units. Usually indicated on a nameplate attached to the individual machine or device.
Nameplate Capacity Rating means the maximum installed instantaneous generation capacity of the completed Facility, expressed in MW, when operated in compliance with the Generation Interconnection Agreement and consistent with the recommended power factor and operating parameters provided by the manufacturer of the generator as set forth in a notice from Seller to PacifiCorp. The Nameplate Capacity Rating of the Facility shall not exceed 3 MW.

Examples of Nameplate Capacity Rating in a sentence

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Seller will inform Utility, via telephone to a number specified by Utility (or other method approved by Utility), of any limitations, restrictions, deratings, or outages reasonably predicted by Seller to affect more than five percent (5%) of the Nameplate Capacity Rating of the Facility for the following day and will promptly update such notice to the extent of any material changes in this information.

  • During the term of this Agreement, Seller may not (i) increase the Nameplate Capacity Rating of the Facility; or (ii) except to the extent Seller complies with the requirements of Section 6.7.3, increase the Expected Net Output of the Facility, as that term is defined as of the Effective Date, by more than ten percent (10%); in either case, through any means, including replacement or modification of Facility equipment or related infrastructure.

  • Without limiting any Liabilities or any other obligations of Seller, unless the Facility has a Nameplate Capacity Rating of less than or equal to 200 kW, Seller must secure and continuously carry the insurance coverage specified on Exhibit H commencing with the start of construction activities at the Premises and continuing thereafter during the Term or such longer period as is specified in Exhibit H.

  • Seller must promptly provide to Utility an oral report, via telephone to a number specified by Utility (or other method approved by Utility), of any Forced Outage resulting in more than ten percent (10%) of the Nameplate Capacity Rating of the Facility being unavailable.

  • This form of Agreement will be revised for solar and solar-plus-storage QFs with a Nameplate Capacity Rating of more than three (3) MW and less than ten (10) MW, which are not eligible for Standard Fixed Pricing or Renewable Fixed Pricing.


More Definitions of Nameplate Capacity Rating

Nameplate Capacity Rating means the maximum capacity of the Facility, expressed in MW, when operated consistent with the manufacturer’s recommended power factor and operating parameters, as set forth in Exhibit A.
Nameplate Capacity Rating means the nameplate baseload capacity of the QF Facility, expressed in kW, when operated consistent with the manufacturers’ recommended power factor and operating parameters, as set forth in Exhibit A.
Nameplate Capacity Rating means the maximum generating capability of the Facility as measured at the Delivery Point (AC) as set forth in Exhibit 4.
Nameplate Capacity Rating means the maximum installed instantaneous generation capacity of the Facility, expressed in MW (AC), when operated in compliance with Prudent Electrical Practicesand the requirements of the Interconnection Provider and consistent with the recommended power factor and operating parameters provided by the manufacturer of the generator. The Nameplate Capacity Rating of the Facility is 2.0 MW.
Nameplate Capacity Rating means the maximum installed instantaneous generation capacity of the completed Generating Facility, expressed in MW, when operated in compliance with the Generation Interconnection Agreement and consistent with the Generating Facility’s equipment manufacturers’ operating parameters. The Nameplate Capacity Rating of the Generating Facility shall be the Nameplate Capacity Rating of the Generating Facility specified by Seller in writing to PacifiCorp and accepted or deemed accepted by PacifiCorp, in each case, in accordance with the requirements of the definition of Commercial Operation and Section 2.2.2 or Section 2.2.3, as applicable.
Nameplate Capacity Rating means the maximum capacity of the Facility, expressed in kW, when operated consistent with the manufacturers' recommended power factor and operating parameters, as set forth in Exhibit A.
Nameplate Capacity Rating means the nameplated generating capacity of any qualifying small power generating unit supplying all or part of the Facility Net Output, expressed in kW, when operated consistent with the manufacturer’s recommended power factor and operating parameters, as set forth in Exhibit A.
