Municipal Improvements definition

Municipal Improvements means and include, within and without the Development Area, those services and facilities identified in Schedule “C” to this Agreement.
Municipal Improvements or “infrastructure” shall mean both underground and surface structures including, but not necessarily limited to, watermains, sewer systems, storm drainage systems, roadways, walkways, park areas, shallow utilities, signage, retaining walls, fencing, and other improvements as required by the City , all of which shall become the property of the City to operate and maintain.
Municipal Improvements means and include, within and without the Subdivision Area/Development Area, those services and facilities identified by Schedule to the Development Agreement.

Examples of Municipal Improvements in a sentence

  • The Developer agrees to maintain all data obtained from the City, as it relates to the Municipal Improvements, in the same manner as the City is required under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13 or other applicable law (the “Act”).

  • If the Developer fails to install the Developer Installed Municipal Improvements in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, fails to reimburse the City for the Developer Funded Municipal Improvements as required herein, or otherwise breaches it obligations under this Agreement, the City shall notify the Developer in writing of such breach.

  • The Developer agrees, or shall cause its prime contractor to agree, to guarantee and warrant all work performed and all materials supplied for the construction of the Developer Installed Municipal Improvements for a period of 2 years from final acceptance by the City and to promptly repair or replace any portion of the Developer Installed Municipal Improvements found to be defective.

  • Thereafter, the City may draw upon the Letter of Credit for the Municipal Improvements in such amount as is reasonably adequate to cure the breach.

  • The City hereby grants the Developer a license to enter onto the portions of the Property dedicated for public use to construct the Developer Installed Municipal Improvements and any other improvements required by this Agreement.


More Definitions of Municipal Improvements

Municipal Improvements means all municipal improvements and infrastructure located immediately adjacent to the Sale Land which, without limiting the generality of the foregoing includes, streets, alleys, sidewalks, pathways, curbs, gutters, light standards, signage, fire hydrants, curb stop water valves, bollards, barricades, landscaping, trees, shrubs, sod, soil, seed, utility pipes (storm, sanitary, and water), cathodic protection points, electrical and communication wiring/cable, pedestals, transformers, vaults, gas lines, fencing, grading and grass or concrete drainage xxxxxx.
Municipal Improvements means and include:
Municipal Improvements mean all the improvements listed in Schedule “E”;
Municipal Improvements means and includes, within and outside of the Development Area, those services and facilities identified in Schedule D to this Agreement.
Municipal Improvements means the Developer Installed Municipal Improvements and the Developer Funded Municipal Improvements, all as described in Section 6 below.
Municipal Improvements means all those improvements required by the City or Aquatera to be constructed and installed to City Standards to service the development area, including but not limited to:
Municipal Improvements means items of municipal infrastructure which are constructed by the Developer to service the development, and then become the property of the City following the conclusion of the warranty period. They include, but are not limited to, items such as: deep utilities, shallow utilities, franchise utilities, roadways, lanes, street lighting, and landscaping.
