Multiemployer Plans definition

Multiemployer Plans means “multiemployer plans” as defined by Section 3(37) of ERISA.
Multiemployer Plans has the meaning assigned in Section 5.03(p)(ii).
Multiemployer Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.14(c).
