MS4 Permittee definition

MS4 Permittee means a person that has been issued a Phase I MS4 permit or a Phase II MS4 permit as defined in 40 CFR §122.26.
MS4 Permittee means a governmental entity with a CDPS permit for storm water discharges associated with an MS4.

Examples of MS4 Permittee in a sentence

  • Within 365 days of the effective date of the permit, maintain an inventory of qualifying construction sites containing relevant contact information for each construction site (i.e., tracking number and construction site contact name, address, phone number, etc.), the size of the construction site, whether the construction site has submitted for permit coverage under ADEM’s Construction General Permit ALR100000, and the date the MS4 Permittee approved the site construction plan.

  • Any funds made available to the Program shall be dedicated to reducing the annual costs of each MS4 Permittee participating in the Program, except as a majority of the voting Members of the Steering Committee may decide.

  • Permittee means the owner or operator of any source subject to the permitting requirements of this subchapter, as provided in ARM 17.8.1204, that holds a valid air quality operating permit or has submitted a timely and complete permit application for issuance, renewal, amendment, or modification pursuant to this subchapter.
