Moorage provider means any public or private entity that owns or operates any moorage facility, including a moorage facility operator, private moorage facility operator, the state of Washington, or any other person.

Private provider means any person who contracts with a governmental entity to provide services directly to the public.
Hub Provider means an entity that (i) provides Common Channel Signaling (SS7) connectivity between the networks of service providers that are not directly connected to each other; or (ii) provides third party database services such as LIDB. The SS7 messages received by Hub Providers are accepted or rejected by the Hub Provider depending on whether a contractual arrangement exists between the Hub Provider and the message originator (sender) and whether the message originator has contracted for the type of SS7 messages being submitted for transmission to the Hub Provider.
financial service provider means a person engaged in the business of providing financial services in terms of authorisation issued or registration granted by a financial sector regulator;
Network Service Provider means an intermediary;
Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.

Child care provider means a provider who receives compensation for providing child care services on a regular basis, including an ‘eligible child care provider’ (as defined in section 658P of the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 9858n)).
Primary care provider (PCP) means, for the purpose of this plan, professional providers that are family practitioners, internists, and pediatricians. For the purpose of this plan, gynecologists, obstetricians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants may be credentialed as PCPs. The Service Provider means the organization or firm providing the services under this Contract.
Third Party Service Provider means any consultant, agent, advisor, or independent contractor who renders services to the Company, a Subsidiary, or an Affiliate that (a) are not in connection with the offer and sale of the Company’s securities in a capital raising transaction, and (b) do not directly or indirectly promote or maintain a market for the Company’s securities.

Healthcare provider means any person or entity including a hospital, physician or a network of providers that provided healthcare services and/or treatments to or on behalf of a Settlement Program Claimant.
Telecom Service Provider means any Telecom operator in India, who is licensed by the Department of Telecommunications (DOT), Government of India to provide telecom services to the general public or to the other DOT licensed Telecom operators. "Telecom Service Provider" also refers to any Telecom operator in other countries providing telecom services to general public of that country or to other telecom operators of the same country.
