Monthly Report Date means the 18th day of each calendar month in each year, other than a calendar month in which a Payment Date occurs, the first of which shall be March 2019; provided that, (i) if any such day is not a Business Day, then such Monthly Report Date shall be the next succeeding Business Day and (ii) the final Monthly Report Date shall be on the Final Maturity Date.

Monthly Report Date has the meaning set forth in Section 6.24(c).

More Definitions of Monthly Report Date

Monthly Report Date means the tenth (10th) Business Day of each calendar month.
