Monthly Loss/ Gain Report definition

Monthly Loss/ Gain Report means, with respect to any Invoice Month, the report delivered pursuant to Section 10.1(d), which shall include statements of the following with respect to such Invoice Month: (a) the System Gains/Losses, (b) the Other System Fuel used by Midstream Co in the operation of the Individual System, (c) the Associated Water returned to Producer, and (d) to the extent required by a writing signed by Producer and Midstream Co, the Drip Condensate, the Recovered Oil and Flash Gas recovered by Midstream Co and returned to Producer. With respect to any allocated volumes (specifically, those described in clauses (c) and, if applicable, (d)), the information included shall be of sufficient detail such that Producer may verify that the allocation procedures then in effect for the applicable Invoice Month were applied.
Monthly Loss/ Gain Report means the report delivered pursuant to Section 10.1(d), which shall include statements of the following with respect to such Invoice Month: (a) the System Gains/Losses and (b) the Other System Fuel used by Midstream Co in the operation of the Individual System.
Monthly Loss/ Gain Report means, with respect to any Invoice Month, the report delivered pursuant to Section 10.1(d), which shall include statements of the following with respect to such Invoice Month: (a) the System Gains/Losses, (b) the Other System Fuel used by Midstream Co in the operation of the Individual System, and (c) the Recovered Oil recovered by Midstream Co and returned to Producer. Examples of Monthly Loss/ Gain Report in a sentence

  • If Midstream Co elects, it may deliver such Monthly Loss/ Gain Report concurrently with the applicable invoice.

  • Recipient shall not originate any publicity, news release, or other public announcement relating to the Biological Materials (a "Public Announcement"), written or oral, whether to the public or the press, to stockholders, or otherwise, without prior written approval of ATCC with regard to the form, content and precise timing of such Public Announcement.

  • For each Invoice Month, Midstream Co shall deliver a Monthly Loss/ Gain Report to Producer on or before the close of business on the third Business Day following the later of (i) the end of such Invoice Month, or (ii) the Day on which Producer has delivered all data reasonably required by Midstream Co to generate such Monthly Loss/ Gain Report with respect to such Invoice Month.

  • If Gatherer elects, it may deliver such Monthly Loss/ Gain Report concurrently with the applicable invoice.

  • However, Gatherer shall prepare a Monthly Loss/ Gain Report that details the quantities of each of the following on a Monthly basis and shall deliver such Monthly Loss/ Gain Report as specified in Section 9.1(d).

More Definitions of Monthly Loss/ Gain Report

Related to Monthly Loss/ Gain Report

  • Monthly Loss Amount means the sum of all Foreclosure Losses, Restructuring Losses, Short Sale Losses, Portfolio Losses, Modification Default Losses and Deficient Losses realized by the Assuming Institution for any Shared Loss Month.

  • Monthly Certificate has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(b) of this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement.

  • Net Loss Amount means the sum of Cumulative Loss Amounts under this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement and Aggregate Net Charge-Offs under the Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.

  • Monthly Shared-Loss Amount means the change in the Cumulative Shared- Loss Amount from the beginning of each month to the end of each month.

  • Applied Loss Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (x) the aggregate Certificate Principal Amount of the Certificates after giving effect to all Realized Losses incurred with respect to the Mortgage Loans during the related Collection Period and distributions of principal on such Distribution Date, but before giving effect to any application of the Applied Loss Amount with respect to such date, exceeds (y) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date.

  • Monthly Statement The statement delivered to the Certificateholders pursuant to Section 4.06.

  • Allocated Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Mezzanine Certificates, the sum of (i) any Realized Losses allocated to such Class of Certificates on such Distribution Date and (ii) the amount of any Allocated Realized Loss Amount for such Class of Certificates remaining unpaid from the previous Distribution Date.

On and after the Cross-Over Date, the Special Hazard Loss Amount shall be zero.

  • Fraud Loss Amount As of any date of determination after the Cut-off Date, an amount equal to: (X) prior to the first anniversary of the Cut-off Date an amount equal to 3.00% of the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date minus the aggregate amount of Fraud Losses allocated solely to one or more specific Classes of Certificates in accordance with Section 4.05 of this Series Supplement since the Cut-off Date up to such date of determination, (Y) from the first to, but not including, the second anniversary of the Cut-off Date, an amount equal to (1) the lesser of (a) the Fraud Loss Amount as of the most recent anniversary of the Cut-off Date and (b) 2.00% of the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all of the Mortgage Loans as of the most recent anniversary of the Cut-off Date minus (2) the aggregate amount of Fraud Losses allocated solely to one or more specific Classes of Certificates in accordance with Section 4.05 since the most recent anniversary of the Cut-off Date up to such date of determination, and (Z) from the second to, but not including, the fifth anniversary of the Cut-off Date, an amount equal to (1) the lesser of (a) the Fraud Loss Amount as of the most recent anniversary of the Cut-off Date and (b) 1.00% of the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all of the Mortgage Loans as of the most recent anniversary of the Cut-off Date minus (2) the aggregate amount of Fraud Losses allocated solely to one or more specific Classes of Certificates in accordance with Section 4.05 since the most recent anniversary of the Cut-off Date up to such date of determination. On and after the fifth anniversary of the Cut-off Date, the Fraud Loss Amount shall be zero. The Fraud Loss Amount may be further reduced by the Master Servicer (including accelerating the manner in which such coverage is reduced) provided that prior to any such reduction, the Master Servicer shall (i) obtain written confirmation from each Rating Agency that such reduction shall not reduce the rating assigned to any Class of Certificates by such Rating Agency below the lower of the then-current rating or the rating assigned to such Certificates as of the Closing Date by such Rating Agency and (ii) provide a copy of such written confirmation to the Trustee.

  • Applied Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which, the sum of (i) the Aggregate Certificate Principal Balance and (ii) the Class C Certificate Principal Balance after distributions of principal on such Distribution Date exceeds the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of such Distribution Date.

  • Shared-Loss Quarter has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a)(i) of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.

  • Monthly Excess Cashflow For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of the Monthly Excess Interest and Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such date.

  • Net Monthly Excess Cashflow With respect to each Distribution Date, the sum of (a) any Overcollateralization Release Amount for such Distribution Date and (b) the excess of (x) Available Funds for such Distribution Date over (y) the sum for such Distribution Date of (A) the Monthly Interest Distributable Amounts for the Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates, (B) the Unpaid Interest Shortfall Amounts for the Class A Certificates and (C) the Principal Remittance Amount.

  • Loss Adjustment Expense means costs and expenses incurred by the Company in connection with the investigation, appraisal, adjustment, settlement, litigation, defense or appeal of a specific claim or loss, or alleged loss, including but not limited to:

  • Recovery Quarter has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a)(ii) of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.

  • Loss Adjustment Expenses means all costs and expenses incurred by the Company in the investigation, adjustment and settlement of claims. Loss adjustment expenses include third-party costs as well as the Company’s internal expenses, including salaries and expenses of loss management personnel and certain administrative costs.

  • Master Servicer Reporting Date With respect to any Distribution Date, 3:00 p.m. New York time on the 18th day of the calendar month in which such Distribution Date occurs or, if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the Business Day immediately succeeding such 18th day.

  • Operating Loss means a negative Operating Profit.
