Seller shall include the amount of any payment or credit pursuant to clause (ii) above on the Monthly Invoice for the later of (A) the month in which Buyer elects to receive payment or credit pursuant to clause (ii) above and (B) the month in which such Auction Clearing Price is determined and, if applicable, shall pay such amount to Buyer according to Article XI.
If the Monthly Invoice shows (or should show) a net amount due to Buyer from Seller, then Seller shall pay such net amount, by wire transfer of immediately available funds, in Dollars, to an account specified by Buyer under or in accordance with Section 19.1, on or before the twentieth (20th) Day of the month in which the Monthly Invoice is rendered (or required to have been rendered) to Buyer, unless such Day is not a Business Day, in which case the due date for payment shall be the next Business Day.

The Monthly Invoice shall set forth the Monthly Payment and any other amount owed by Buyer to Seller, or vice versa, under the Agreement in respect of the Billing Month and the total amount due by each Party thereunder and the net amount due thereunder.
The Monthly Invoice shall set forth (a) the Variable Payment for such Billing Month, (b) any liquidated damages payable by Seller pursuant to Section 3.7, Section 3.9, Section 4.3(b) or Section 6.1, (c) any other amount owed by Buyer to Seller, or vice versa, under the Agreement that has not previously been invoiced and (d) the total amount due by each Party thereunder and the net amount due thereunder.
