Modification definition

Modification are defined in Section 2.19.1.
Modification means (i) a change to the delivered source code or metadata; or (ii) any development, other than a change to the delivered source code or metadata, that customizes, enhances, or changes existing functionality of the Software including, but not limited to, the creation of any new application program interfaces, alternative user interfaces or the extension of SAP data structures; or (iii) any other change to the Software (other than an Add-on) utilizing or incorporating any SAP Materials (defined below).
Modification means any construction, alteration, extension or replacement of any plant, structure, equipment, apparatus, mechanism or thing, or alteration of a process or rate of production at the Facility that may discharge or alter the rate or manner of discharge of a Compound of Concern to the atmosphere or discharge or alter noise or vibration emissions from the Facility.

Modification means a child custody determination that changes, replaces, supersedes, or is otherwise made after a previous determination concerning the same child, whether or not it is made by the court that made the previous determination.
