Mobile Network Operator definition

Mobile Network Operator means a mobile network operator in Kenya registered with the Communications Authority of Kenya;
Mobile Network Operator means a means a telecommunications service provider or providers that offer wireless voice and data communication to its subscribed mobile users, possesses its own mobile license, mobile infrastructure and maintains a direct relationship with mobile user.
