Minutes Delay definition

Minutes Delay means, in respect of a Trigger of a Recording Point, the number of minutes delay in respect of that Trigger calculated in accordance with Appendix 2;
Minutes Delay means the minutes of delay to the Passenger Services that are attributed to the Franchisee or Network Rail (as the case may be) pursuant to the Track Access Agreement and disregarding any minutes of delay that are imputed to Passenger Services that were cancelled;
Minutes Delay means, in relation to a Train and a Recording Point, the delay at that Recording Point, calculated in accordance with paragraph 3;

Examples of Minutes Delay in a sentence

  • The Train Operator Benchmark (TOB) in relation to each Charging Period shall be 3.10 Minutes Delay per 100 Train Operator Miles.

  • If a delay is Attributable to both the Train Operator and the CVL IM, the associated Minutes Delay shall be allocated equally to the Train Operator and to the CVL IM.

  • Train Operator Cap [to be agreed] Disruption Sum £2,375 CVL IM Performance CVL IM Payment Rate £21.38 per Minutes Delay to Services which are Attributable to the CVL IM.

  • Network Rail Minutes Delay In respect of a Service Group, the Minutes Delay on a day allocated to Network Rail shall be the aggregate of any Minutes Delay allocated to Network Rail under paragraph 5.2, paragraph 5.4 and paragraph 5.5.

  • Nexus Minutes Delay In respect of a Service Group, the Minutes Delay on a day allocated to Nexus shall be the aggregate of any Minutes Delay allocated to Nexus under paragraph 5.3, paragraph 5.4 and paragraph 5.5.

  • Responsibility for Minutes Delay and Cancelled Stops on a day caused by incidents for which Network Rail is allocated responsibility pursuant to this paragraph 5.2 shall be allocated to Network Rail.

  • If Network Rail's nominated representative has reasonable grounds to believe that any further incident was the responsibility of Nexus or of Network Rail but was not shown as such in the information made available in accordance with paragraph 6.1, then Network Rail may, within 7 days after the last Minutes Delay or Cancelled Stop caused by that incident, issue a notice in accordance with paragraph 14 revising the information and/or allocations of responsibility made available under paragraph 6.1.


More Definitions of Minutes Delay

Minutes Delay means the number of minutes of delay in respect of a Trigger of a Recording Point calculated in accordance with paragraph 5; "Network Rail TAC (Charter Services)" means the track access contract between Network Rail and the Train Operator that grants the Train Operator permission to use the Network Rail network;

  • Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.

  • Relevant Conviction means a conviction that is relevant to the nature of the Services or as listed by the Authority and/or relevant to the work of the Authority.

  • Approved Training means training undertaken in a traineeship and shall involve formal instruction, both theoretical and practical, and supervised practice in accordance with a traineeship scheme approved by the relevant state training authority or NETTFORCE. The training will be accredited and lead to qualifications as set out in subclause 5(e).

  • Contested case means a proceeding defined by Iowa Code section 17A.2(5) and includes any matter defined as a no factual dispute contested case under 1998 Iowa Acts, chapter 1202, section 14.
