Mining Assets definition

Mining Assets means any fee lands, mining claims, mining concessions, leases, licenses or other like rights, all permits, government consents, concessions, water rights, easements, surface rights, subsurface rights, rights of way, property rights, temporary occupation agreements and other, including, but not limited to, all Operating Mines, the Gold Bar Asset and the Los Azules Property.
Mining Assets means all material assets and equipment owned, leased or used in the mining operations conducted on or at the Properties and, for greater certainty, includes the Mining Rights;
Mining Assets means the plant, equipment, machinery and buildings acquired for the purpose of the extraction of mineral substances from the ground and ancillary activities, but does not include processing assets or social assets; (“actif minier”)

More Definitions of Mining Assets

Mining Assets means, collectively, the mineral properties and interest of the Corporation as disclosed in the Initial Listing Statement.
