Millwright work definition

Millwright work means the installation, repair, replacement, maintenance or alteration of (A) power generation machinery, or (B) industrial machinery, including the related interconnection of piping and tubing used in the manufacturing process, but does not include the performance of any action for which licensure is required under this chapter;
Millwright work shall apply to the unloading, hoisting, rigging, erecting, assembling, aligning and adjusting of all machines used in the transmission of power, steam, electric, gas, gasoline, water or air as well as dismantling, crating and packing of such machinery and the maintenance after machinery has been put into operation as long as machinery is used during construction period. All maintenance shall be the work of the Millwrights.
