Microsoft Product definition

Microsoft Product means a genuine Microsoft hardware product purchased from Microsoft or an authorized retailer or reseller. Some Microsoft hardware products have their own limited warranties instead of this one.
Microsoft Product means the rights to Microsoft online services, including, without limitation, Microsoft Azure and associated software technology, and other products and services of Microsoft utilized by Customer or its End Users through the Workspot Cloud Services. Each Microsoft Product is subject to a Microsoft Customer Agreement.
Microsoft Product means any product developed, manufactured, offered or distributed by or for Microsoft or its current or future Subsidiaries, including without limitation operating systems, platforms, development tools and languages.

Microsoft Product means the Microsoft SQL Server which may be supplied for use with the Sage Product.

Microsoft Product means a software product or component thereof designed, developed, duplicated, manufactured or rendered by or for Microsoft or one of its Subsidiaries, but shall not include any Foundry Product or Clone Product.
