Mezzanine Agent definition

Mezzanine Agent means the Mezzanine Agent (as defined in the Mezzanine Facility Agreement).
Mezzanine Agent means the Administrative Agent under each of the Mezzanine Loans.
Mezzanine Agent means the agent(s) to the Mezzanine Creditor Group under the Mezzanine Credit Agreement in such capacity.

  • With the consent of the parties thereto, the foregoing rights of the Senior Agent, Mezzanine Agent and DIP Agent shall be subject to the Intercreditor Agreement.
