Message Unit or “System Minute” means sixty (60) seconds or less of connected call time in the Service. As an example, a call connected for ninety (90) seconds shall be equal to two (2) Message Units
Message Unit means a single instance of an SMS Message sent via Web SMS;
Message Unit or “MU” is used to send and receive each (un-timed) phone alert and each SMS text message and is used for each conference call minute; provided, that, more than one Message Unit may be consumed for one or more of these functions in locations where the local delivery costs are higher, as detailed in the table below. Each conference bridge minute equals the landline and/or mobile number of MUs per country per the table below.

  • Service Unit means a standardized measure of consumption, use, generation, or discharge attributable to an individual unit of development calculated in accordance with generally accepted engineering or planning standards for a particular category of capital improvements.

  • Assisted Unit means a Unit that is subject to the Program’s rent and/or occupancy restrictions as a result of the financial assistance provided by the Program, as specified in the Regulatory Agreement.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) indicator means a four-character suffix to the unique entity identifier. The suffix is assigned at the discretion of the commercial, nonprofit, or Government entity to establish additional System for Award Management records for identifying alternative EFT accounts (see subpart 32.11) for the same entity.

  • Dividend Equivalent Unit means the right to receive a payment, in cash or Shares, equal to the cash dividends or other cash distributions paid with respect to a Share.

  • Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number means the 9-digit number assigned by Dun and Bradstreet, Inc. (D&B) to identify unique business entities.
