Member State of the EEA definition

Member State of the EEA means a state that is a contracting party to the EEA Agreement;
Member State of the EEA means a state that is a contracting party to the Agree- ment on the European Economic Area signed at Oporto on 2 May 1992, as amended for the time being;
Member State of the EEA means a state which is a contracting state to the EEA Agreement;
