Member Education. The Vendor shall develop and implement, with the assistance of the Village, as the Village may determine in its sole discretion, an educational program that generally explains the Aggregation Program to all residential and small commercial retail customers in the Village and the Aggregation Group, provides updates and disclosures mandated by Illinois law and applicable rules and regulations, and implements a process to allow any Member the opportunity to opt out of the Aggregation Program according to the terms of the Power Supply Agreement. • Vendor will assist Village in becoming an EPA Green Power Partner.
